Job Title: Painter I-II
Job Description:
This is the perfect entry-level summer job for students who want to work hard and earn a lot of money. You’ll be assisting the Sprayer and Foreman to repaint the exteriors of houses. You don’t need experience; we can train you to be a Painter I+II, Sprayer I+II (~$25/hr), and even eventually a foreman with your own crew if you’re interested in career growth.

We started off as students who needed a summer job to pay for college. Last year we started our own company and business is booming. We are one of the best-reviewed painting companies in the area because we really care about our customers and team.

professional development to ensure our team members achieve their goals and all they are

Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing
We’re committed to creating an extraordinary company that provides excellent customer
service for our customers and really brings the “WOW!” factor.
This role is a large part of that. Here’s a few things you’ll be doing on a daily basis:
- Preparing houses to be painted by pressure washing, caulking, spot priming.
- Masking off windows with plastic, roofs with tarps, foundations with paper
- Moving and working on and around ladders
- Using brushes and rollers to paint trim
- Tearing down masking and cleaning up the job site

Compensation & Job Details:
- This is a Full-Time position working normal business hours Monday-Friday.
- Our office is located in Ridgefield, Washington, but you will be working on-site at customer’s houses all over the greater Vancouver area.
- Your starting pay is $16-19/hr based on your experience.
- You’ll be paid every 2 weeks.
- Raises and promotions are available to top performers.
Our business is picking up and we are getting into our busy season. We’re looking to hire
