General Q&A
Your Estimator will work with you to create a detailed work order of exactly what you want and need. The price will be based on the labor hours and materials and you will get a line-item break down.
We’ve painted enough houses that our quotes are final, unless:
You request a change order
We need to do more work than quoted (unexpected repairs) or we need to buy additional paint for another coat. Some colors are trickier than others and we’ll warn you.
We’ll communicate any changes to you ASAP.
Don’t worry! We’ll teach you. We have client manuals and procedures for everything, and you can always ask us any questions you have.
All contractors always have a backlog of work. Our goal is to be able to start within 2 months of the estimate. Let’s get your house painted!
