How do we do it?
Painting your home can be stressful! We want your experience to be as easy and comfortable as possible.
Your Estimator will help you decide what you want us to do.
We'll give our recommendations for prep work, paint type, colors, and other details, but our job at this step is to educate and empower you.
Your estimator will write up several options for you at the estimate, so that you can decide what's important to you.
Once you book, your Production Manager (PM) will call to finalize your scheduled date.
As your job gets closer, we'll provide more frequent and accurate updates based on weather.
Right before starting the job, the PM will walk through all of the notes with you and the painters to make sure everyone understands what's being painted and how.
We'll probably take care of the pressure washing and other prep work ahead of time, but we'll do all the painting in one week.
Painting a 2 story house usually takes about 2-3 consecutive days, and you will receive twice daily updates about what is going to happen, and what happened that day. You'll also be told when painters are coming and going and when we expect to do the final walk around and complete the job.
All done!
We'll do a final walk around and make sure everything is correct before we collect the remaining 75% payment.
We'll ask you to fill out an optional short survey with your feedback.
